Local sightseeing is not possible by bigger vehicles like Tempo Traveler or Bus. Even smaller cars due to new rules are stopped for providing sightseeing if it is not local car. Small vehicles can be hired at own cost. Approx 1500-4500 per vehicle depending on group size.

    No rooms are blocked. Booking is subject to availability. Rates are dynamic and subject to change until the confirmation.
    Room holding without payment is only for 24 hours.
    Generally, hotel check-in time is 13:00 hrs and checkout time is 11:00 hrs.
    Normally for extra beds in double sharing rooms many hotels have rollaway beds while the rest of the hotels provide extra mattresses only.
    Unless mentioned specific room at the time of booking. By default base, category rooms are booked. If you want rooms with a view or balcony only kindly mention it at the time of inquiry.
    In the hill area many hotels don’t have TV, AC, Intercom, Wifi, 24*7 Power Back Up, or lift. Kindly check if you are interested in hotels with the above facilities only let us know at the time of inquiry. Room heaters may be charged extra at hotels. Lift is mostly not available so if any issue with stairs let us know in advance. Many hill station hotels don't have AC but are just a fan even in 4-star hotels, kindly check before confirmation.
    AC will not work in all hill areas or stopped/parked vehicles. (Uphill downhill or flat hill road, ac will not work in any roads on hills). In Uttarakhand only Dehradun, Corbett, Haridwar, and Rishikesh are nonhill areas. All other areas are mountains and on all mountain roads from ac will not work in the car. Extra charges will be applied if full ac car will be required.
    If package pick up drop is from Delhi / Dehradun local sightseeing/usage is not included in any program unless we have mentioned it in the itinerary. Due to the large area of these cities, extra charges may be applied for extra sightseeing. Kindly check with clients if they want to include it if drop is late night or early morning pick up.
    In Mussoorie Nainital many hotels are not accessible by car if they are at Mall Road. On Mall Road our cars will not drive at these places. In Mussoorie, bigger cars will be difficult to drive in areas like Lal TIbba where most drivers will not drive. In Nainital car will not go to Zoo Road / Snow View Point. Sometimes in Nainital local car is required due to strict local rules against the outside cars. The small vehicle can be used in this case at an extra cost payable directly. In Nainital bigger vehicles like Tempo Travellers are not able to reach most of the hotels.

    TERM & CONDITION:

    1. Please note the itineraries are subjects to change. It always depends on the time available and weather conditions. Some of them can be cancelled without prior notice. No refund upon cancellation if it happened due to guests’ fault on dragging the time of visiting certain places or due to bad weather conditions.

    2. Any change request will be charge accordingly.

Terms & Conditions for Cancellation :
1. Any Cancellation / Change in time schedule of airlines / ferry and a No show for whatever reason we will not be responsible, and no refund will be applicable.
2. Airlines Cancellation will be as per the airline cancellation policy if it is booked by us.
3. Customer must make sure on the flight timings before they board the flight. We have seen where notification does not reach client from the Airlines in case of reschedule. It would be the client responsibility to check on flight timings. If there is No show for whatsoever
reason we cannot be held liable and no refund or rebooking for the same would be done.
4. If you wish to cancel any booking in full or partial cancellation of a passenger, a written notification should be made by the same person who booked. The date of cancellation will be at the date on which notice is received by us. All cancellations will attract a sum Rs.5000/- minimum per person cancellation charges. Beside the forfeiture of the deposit amount, a further charge will be levied if notice of the cancellation is received within the following period
of the operation.

• If cancelled 0-10 days before the Check-in-date 100% amount will be charged.
• If cancelled 11-20 days before the Check-in-date 70% amount will be charged.
• If cancelled 21-30 days before the Check-in-date 30% amount will be charged.
• No refunds for unused nights or early check-outs.
• No refunds would be offered on the government ferry & private ferry tickets, if already purchased.
• No refund for no show.
