In one word… excellent…We had planned this trip awhile ago…and it did not disappoint.. We had first gone to Ho Chi Minh City and stayed there for 2 nights. Next we went to da bang … followed up by halong bay and Hà N?i…. Kudos to Payal and her very efficient team for not giving us any chance to complain about anything whatsoever…..strongly recommend Travelers Paradise to everybody who wants to enjoy a hassle free,trouble free and excellent get away with loved ones….looking forward to many such memorable vacations…..we enjoyed it a lot :-) Thanks once again to Payal and her team…???
Being an extremely fussy n particular traveller I am picky when it comes to taking services of any agency, yet Travellers Paradise aced this to the T. Amazing service and super coordination, considering this was their first facilitation to Uzbekistan. M sure with time n experience they shall thrive in this space.

Travellers paradise helped us plan our trip to vietnam. My SPOC Payal not only prepared an itinerary but she also chatted with me at length of what my likes and dislikes were and gave us a lot of information on what we should do and expect in Vietnam. She was extremely detailed and this really helped us have a fabulous vacation exploring local things rather than touristy things in Vietnam

A wonderful experience of planning and executing an international vacation at the last minute. We finalized the plan of travel with some 3 weeks remaining for our vacay. And so glad that everything was managed and arranged so well by these guys. Singapore was amazing with your help. Had a nice trip. Took a trip to Vietnam and all we had to do was mention the destination. Starting from itenary, food, hotel, cruise, walks, tickets, kids activities everything was managed by Travellers Paradise. They were with us on every call and would check in at each venue while we were travelling. The cab drivers and all the guides were exceptionally good. We are looking forward to our next trips and just the country is what we need to settle on. Will leave the rest to Travellers Paradise.

We had an amazing experience. Payel, who planned our tour from scratch, consulted us all through the process to ensure we were given what we were looking for in terms of places to visit, hotels, budget etc. She accommodated all our suggestions to the best possible, while advising us on the pros and cons of our suggestions. The tour itself was comfortable and seamless, with punctual pick ups, comfortable and clean cars, and knowledgeable and friendly guides. She kept in touch with us throughout the tour and reminded us of our day to day itinerary. We look forward to many more trips through her.
